When my wife and I were searching for a moving company to help us with our local relocation in Miami last month, we went to the internet and made the mistake of registering with a service that pulls quotes from dozens of sources. While I was inundated with automated replies via email, Move On & Relocation Inc was the only company that actually took the time to call and immediately set up an appointment to create an estimate for my job that same day.

Roni came personally with her husband and the two of them took a detailed inventory list and gave me a complete soup to nuts firm proposal on the spot. I've moved several times in my life and have rarely had a good experience as most companies will offer you one price and then inflate the final number with various additions for materials and staircases and pebbles near the walkway and goodness knows what else. With Roni, the price she gave me was the price she got, even though I called and added a few more large items (wall mounted plasma TVs!) to the inventory a few days later.

On moving day, the crew was polite, quick and efficient. Even though ours was a two day job, the guys were not obtrusive and used all their time wisely. We were so happy with the service that I have since used Move On for a commercial warehouse job and plan to use them again at the same location later this month.
